My DIY Kick-A$$ Smoothie
4-6 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
4 heaping spoonfuls of plain, nonfat yogurt
1 banana
2 T flax meal
1 scoop protein powder
Blend on high with milk or a juice (I like orange) of your choice to desired thickness
